SpeakersKeynote: Major General Donald P. Dunbar ( Full Bio)
Major General Donald P. Dunbar is Wisconsin's Adjutant General. He commands the Wisconsin National Guard and is responsible for Emergency Management. He also serves as Wisconsin's Homeland Security Advisor, chairs the Homeland Security Council, and serves as the senior state official for cyber matters. Gen. Dunbar also serves on the executive committees of the Governor's Homeland Security Advisors Council (GHSAC) and the Adjutants General Association of the United States (AGAUS). In April 2018 he was appointed to the Department of Homeland Security's Advisory Council. In August 2018 he was elected chairman of the National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) board of directors.
As Wisconsin's Adjutant General and commander of the WI National Guard, he will discuss how can industry better help with/be prepared to help with - Emergency Management and Homeland Security needs both Nationally and within the Great Lakes Chapter.Frank J. Frank Michael, Captain, USN (Ret) manages NDIA's relationships with industry stakeholders and government officials. He collaborates with the Association's members, chapters, divisions and affiliates to provide forward thinking programming and activities that address current and future challenges in Defense and National Security. Mr. Michael will share updates at the National level including current issues NDIA is working on as well as upcoming events, and discuss how members can participate and benefit.Senator Tammy Baldwin - Video Address ( Full Bio)
Tammy was elected to the U.S. Senate on November 6, 2012. Throughout her career in public service, Tammy has a strong record of working hard for Wisconsin's veterans - making sure their service and sacrifice is honored by providing adequate funding for veterans' health, education, and job-training programs. In the Senate she has worked across the aisle, to ensure that our veterans, military families and wounded warriors receive the support and care that they have earned and deserve. Senator Baldwin serves on the Senate Appropriations Committee, the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP), and the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation.
