From its kick-off in 2009, the Great Lakes chapter started with over 200 organizations consisting of more than 830 active NDIA members in the Illinois/Indiana/Wisconsin regions. In just one year we have grown to more than 300 organizations and over 1,030 active NDIA members!
Dinner will be held at the historic Abbey Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The Abbey Resort & Spa is a treasured and famous icon, nestled on 90 acres of beautifully manicured grounds right on the lake.
We’re excited to have Mr. Sam Skinner who served as U.S. Secretary of Transportation and White House Chief of Staff under President George H. W. Bush. Mr. Skinner will be talking about the first two years of the new administration, the defense budget and challenges we face both domestically and internationally.
The Golf Outing (our first) will be held at the Geneva National Golf Club on the Palmer Course. The Geneva National Golf Club features 54-holes of Legendary Golf designed by the masters, Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Lee Trevino. Carved out of the rolling Wisconsin country side, all of Geneva National's courses take full advantage of the natural surroundings.
